Q: What kinds of vehicle parts do you sell?
A: We specialize in hard-to-find vintage and classic car parts. In addition, we create custom fiberglass parts from molds we design ourselves.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by etransfer to info@ddtoybox.ca. Full payment is expected up front.
Q: How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
A: We do our best to provide accurate fitment information for each item we sell, but we encourage you to double-check before making a purchase. If you're unsure, please contact us with your vehicle's make, model, and year, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: What can I expect for installation of fibreglass products?
All products are built to prep, therefore fit and finish will be required. Before painting, it is essential to perform a test fit. Although every vehicle is unique, the new part should be placed in a position close to the original part. However, adjustments may be required to ensure proper alignment. To achieve the desired fit, trimming may be necessary. Despite the "gel coat" finish, it will still be necessary to fill in imperfections, sand, prime, and seal coat the product.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can browse our selection of parts on our website or contact us directly to discuss your specific needs. We'll work with you to determine the right parts for your vehicle and provide you with a quote. Payment can be made by e-transfer or cash on delivery, and we'll arrange for shipping or delivery once payment has been received.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
A: Yes, local customers are welcome to arrange for pickup of their orders. Please contact us to discuss pickup options.
